Appointment Policies

New Client Appointments

  • To secure new client appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required and amount is determined by which service is booked

    • Amount of deposit depending on service is shown on booking system​

    • Deposit is applied towards chosen service

  • 24-hr confirmations are sent through email​ or text

Cancellations + No-Shows


  • Please give a 24-hr notice to cancel booked appointments to allow other potential clients to fill the spot

  • If canceled or rescheduled within 24-hrs, deposit is forfeited or used as rebooking fee

  • No-shows forfeit deposit and will be charged a $40 no-show fee in order to book again


  • No-shows forfeit deposit and are charged a $100 rebooking fee


  • New clients get a 10-min grace period

  • Cancelled appointments can get credited once with a rescheduled appointment, otherwise deposits are non-refundable

Late Appointments

  • All late arrivals for appointments are subject to late fees determined by artist

Cancellations w/ Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable if you cancel at least 24-hrs prior to your appointment and immediately reschedule

  • Your existing deposit needs a new appointment date and time in order to be transferred over to

  • If you fail to reschedule, the deposit is lost and a new deposit will be required when you make a future appointment

  • Any cancellation made within 24-hrs of the appointment loses the deposit and a new deposit will be required when you make a future appointment
